Public Notice Details
Through the Details section, you can add specific information about your public hearing.
The Details section has required and optional fields for you to complete:
Date: Add the start date and time for your public hearing. You also have the option to add an end time for your meeting. For example, if you're holding a two-hour meeting, select the same date and then adjust the time to two hours in the future from your start date.
Meeting Location: Add the address where your meeting is taking place. If the meeting is virtual only, you can add the text "Virtual Meeting" and use the zip code for City Hall: 02201.
Public Testimony: If public testimony is an option during the meeting, you can check that box and also specify a time (if there is one).

Cancel Public Notice: We don't delete public notices. If you need to cancel your event for whatever reason after it is published, select the box and add a cancellation reason.
Downloads: This is where the City Clerk's Office will add the pdf version of your agenda to the public notice. You don't need to do anything in this section.
Related Neighborhoods: Add the neighborhood where your hearing is taking place. If you're meeting is covering a citywide issue, you can select the "Citywide" option.
