Editing the Backend

You have a number of options when creating or editing and existing page in Drupal.

When editing any content type or page in Drupal, you will mostly be editing these sections:

1. "Basic information:" The top of your page, it includes the page title and an area for body text you can add below the title.

2. "Sidebar components": These components appear in the sidebar of the page, to the right of the "Basic information" section.

3. "Components": These sections appear at the bottom of the page, below "Basic Information" and "Sidebar components". You have a variety of options for these that we will break down in a separate section.
