Editing Existing Content
To edit an existing page, first, find your page through a workbench search, or go to the page you want to edit directly on the live site.
Here’s what the workbench search looks like. Once you find the page you want to edit, select the "edit" button on the right:

As a reminder, you can search the title of the page and filter by the content type, department, and whether or not the page has been published.
Editing directly from a published page
You can go directly to a live page on Boston.gov and quickly get to the "edit" version of the page by following these steps:
First, go to access.boston.gov and make sure you are logged into Drupal by clicking the "Edit Boston.gov" icon.
Go to the page on the site that you want to edit.
Change the url of the page from "www" to "content" in the browser.
Hit "Enter" or "Return" on you keyboard. The page will refresh, and you will see a black bar at the top of your screen indicating you are in Drupal.
For example:
Let’s say I wanted to edit the Boston Digital Service page. After logging into Drupal, I can go to the page: https://www.boston.gov/departments/boston-digital-service
Change the “www” to content: https://content.boston.gov/departments/digital-team
And the black bar will appear at the top of my screen, showing me I’m in Drupal:

From this view, you can jump in to edit a page by clicking on the “edit” button at the top right, and then clicking “edit content”:
