Monitoring Website Feedback

We use a software called Zencity to monitor feedback left on our pages on Boston.gov. Anyone who wants access can get it.

When you are given access to Drupal and editing Boston.gov, we provide you access to Zencity at the same time. To access Zencity, log into access.boston.gov and click on the icon below:

To get to website feedback in Zencity, click on "Results & Analysis", and then "Website Feedback":
