Building Newsletter Campaigns

The City of Boston uses a system called Upaknee for its newsletter campaigns.

Through Upaknee, you’re able to upload lists of subscribers, add signups for newsletters to Boston.gov, and send and schedule campaigns.

To get more information and request access to Upaknee, please email [email protected]. We have training videos available online for City staff, and Upaknee has a support website with knowledge articles and additional videos.
