Reviewing Feedback

You have a few different options for reviewing feedback from the Zencity dashboard.

The Dashboard itself displays a high-level look at how visitors to our website feel based on their feedback. You can filter at the top of the dashboard by time, department, and webpage:

The Questions section also provides a high-level snapshot that includes a breakdown on how visitors to our website are responding to each of our feedback questions:

In the Feedback section, you are able to see the open-ended comments users left for a particular page on the site:

For each comment, you will be able to see:

• the person's comment

• the Department responsible for the content, and

• the name of the page.

To view the full comment by itself, click the three dots at the top right. You are also able to visit the link to the page on Boston.gov where they left their comment:
