Using the Drupal Workbench / How to Find Existing Drafts

After clicking on “Edit Boston.gov”, you’ll be taken to your workbench. You have four main options in the navigation at the top of the workbench:

Clicking on “My Workbench” allows you to see recent drafts you've created, any content you've saved in "needs review" for publishing, and a "My Recent Edits" section that shows you all of the recent pages you've worked on:

If you want to view all of the pages you’ve ever worked on, you can also click the “My edits” button at the top, next to “Create content.”

Clicking “All recent content” will show you all of the pages that exist in the system:

For both “My edits” and “All recent content”, you have the ability to search by page title, content type, and department.
