Project Landing Page

The Project Landing Page is a filtered search page that allows residents and visitors to our website to find project specific information on Boston.gov.

Through the Project Landing Page, users are able to switch from a list and map view, as well as filter based on Project Phase, Project Type, and Neighborhood:

There are a few required fields in the backend:

Title: This title becomes the url for the page. Make sure to add a title that would make sense for search engines. Something like, "Age Strong Commission Projects".

Component Title: This is the title that appears at the top of the project tracker search component. This can be the same as the Title of the page, or something more specific.

Departments: By default, this component displays all projects currently in Drupal. If you want to set up a project tracker specifically for your department or cabinet, or for a few different departments and cabinets, you can add them to this section. Only the projects specific to those departments and cabinets will appear in the search.

In addition to the Project Search component, you are also able to add as many components as you want below the search. To add new components, simply click on the Components option in the sidebar and select the components you want to add:
