What is 'related content'?

When you create an “event” or “post” in Drupal, there is an option to tag pages where you want the event to appear in an Events and Notices component.

That section is called the “Related Content” section:

In the available field, search for the page you want to add and select it. You can add multiple pages by clicking the “add another item” button.

Once your "event" or "post" is published to the site, it will appear in the "events and notices" or "news and announcements" component on those tagged pages.
