Component Fields

There are a few fields that are consistent across the different components.

When you click the "edit" button on a component, the most common fields include:

Title: The text you add here will appear at the top of your component.

Component Theme: You have the option on some components to choose a white, gray, or blue background. If you don't select a color, the component will use the default option.

Navigation Title: The text in this field becomes a blue link near the top of the page, acting as secondary navigation for users.

Contact: You can search for and add a specific department as a contact at the top of the component. Unless you're working on cross-departmental content, this field is unnecessary.
